THANK YOU SO MUCH Because of the tremendous generosity of so many, we are now driving a 2016 Nissan Murano. We were also able to sell our beloved 1999 Suburban for $3,000. With that and all of the love offerings, we purchased our new-to-us car with cash. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Once again, God showed us how generous His people are and how He takes care of His children who obey Him.

MIDDLE EAST In December, Kristi and Scott had the privilege of walking where Jesus walked. It was a joy to lead the first ever MANNA trip to Israel and to explore possible open doors on how we can partner with ministries on the ground. We are constantly looking for ways to connect churches from the States and Latin America with effective ministries in the Middle East. On the same trip, we also went to two other Middle Eastern countries (names not mentioned due to security). In one, we work with a family from Mexico who have been in the region for eight years. We are launching a new MANNA project there that will reach into a completely Muslim area. In the second, we began partnering with a children’s ministry of a local church that is reaching Muslim families with the Gospel. We will be writing more about both of these ministries in future updates.

SPECIAL TIME IN COLOMBIA In November of last year, Scott had the privilege of spending almost two weeks in Colombia with a church from Texas. But this wasn’t just any church. This is the church where the Lord saved Scott and called him into cross-cultural ministry. Scott had known several on the trip for nearly 30 years. They were able to connect with two different ministries while there. The first was in Santa Marta where we partner with a Colombian church planter who has had an incredible outreach to Venezuelan refugees. The second was the church that we (along with our team) planted in Bogotá. It was so special to have these longtime friends meet the people and see the places where we ministered for so many years.
